We understand that sometimes a purchase might not meet your expectations. All returns and exchanges are free! No hidden fees or unexpected charges.

We offer you the flexibility to return or exchange your items either in-store or online, no matter where you initially purchased your order. Visit one of our physical locations to complete the return/exchange, or head to returns.portlandgear.com to complete over the mail.
3. No Deadline, No Pressure:
Gone are the days of strict return deadlines. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that there is no time limit to return or exchange an item. Whether it's a recent purchase or an item you've had for a while, as long as it remains unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached, you're eligible for a return or exchange.
4. Lifetime Warranty:
We stand by the quality of our products, which is why we offer a lifetime warranty. If a product exhibits a defect beyond normal wear and tear, we will address the issue promptly. Simply reach out to our dedicated customer support team, and we will guide you through the process of resolving the matter.

Orders can be changed and/or cancelled if they have not been fulfilled. Please email team@portlandgear.com ASAP to make any changes. If an order has already been fulfilled, you will need to follow the steps in our Return/Exchange Policy.

• Basic signs of wear
• Stains such as sweat or dirt
• Structural damage/weakening over time (it is natural for hats to lose their structure over their life and apparel to fade after washing multiple times and sun exposure)
• Intentional damage

PRODUCT FAQ
Yes we do! If items in your cart are in stock at one of our stores, Pick up will show as an option where it is available.
If your pick up order is placed during store hours, it is generally ready within the hour for you. You will receive an email once it is ready.
Generally items that are available online are also offered in-store and vice-versa. However stock levels vary and are not guaranteed to be at a location. We recommend texting/calling/emailing us to check in-store availability.
We do not place items on hold. Please place an in-store pickup order if you would like us to reserve your item.
SHIPPING FAQ
Orders are shipped out from our warehouse within one business day. Shipping times vary based on destination / shipping method chosen at checkout. Approximate delivery dates are shown before order is placed. Once an order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping rates are based on order weight and delivery address to ensure the best shipping price. Free economy shipping is available on domestic orders over $120.
Yes we do! Our international shipping fee is also based on order weight and delivery address. Additional duties could apply upon delivery. We are proud to say we have shipped all over the world and to 62+ different countries!
DISCOUNT FAQ
Most discount codes are not stackable. The discount code of highest value will be applied. Select promotions can be combined with discount codes, such as free shipping.
Only PG Rewards discounts can be used in-store. All other discount codes are for online use only.
