What's your return policy?
If you would like to exchange a product please send an email to email@example.com. We will then have you send the product back to us and we will ship the new exchanged product back to you free of charge. If the product is defective, we will pay for shipping both ways.
If you ordered in store or at a pop-up exchanges are to be made at our store (627 SW 19th Ave Portland Oregon 97205).
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
How long will it take me to receive my order?
Shipping generally takes 3-5 business days from the order date and orders are shipped Monday - Friday from our Portland warehouse. Once an order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Some items may take a couple days longer depending on availability.
Will my shirts shrink?
We print on a variety of blanks depending on the style. 100% cotton shirts will always shrink if dried which is why we recommend hang drying all of our products. Our 60/40 blends will not because Polyester doesn't shrink. (fun fact)
Do we ship internationally?
Yes we do! Unfortunately our costs are pretty high, so it is a bit more than our standard shipping but we love sending gear all over the world. To this date we've shipped to 49 states and 25 different countries.
Is your product stock the same online and in store?
Yes! Unfortunately if the product is out of stock online it will be out of stock in our store as well. There are several exclusive items in the store though that won't be found online!
Can I order online and then pick up my order at the store?
Unfortunately not but you can come on down to the store 11AM-7PM any day!
We take privacy very seriously here, and will never give out or sell any information on you. I appreciate you as customers and friends, why would I ever want to compromise that!
