We want you to shop confidently, which is why we're offering a generous 90-day return window for a full refund. If you decide within 90 days of your purchase that it’s not quite right for you, simply return your item in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached) for a full refund.

If it’s been more than 90 days, no worries! You are still eligible to make a return after 90 days, but instead of a refund you will receive store credit as long as the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, and has the original tags attached, we’ll issue store credit for the current value of the product.

At this time, ReGear is focused on common zipper issues, including:

What ReGear Does Not Cover
ReGear is not intended for all forms of bag damage and does not currently cover:

6. Additional Notes for Luggage Returns, Exchanges & Warranties
To help us ensure every traveler receives luggage that meets our quality standards, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

Keep your original box. All luggage must be returned or exchanged in its original packaging.

Photo of wheels required. Returns and exchanges must include a clear photo of the bottoms of the wheels so our team can verify the item hasn’t been used.

Used luggage is not eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Warranty requests require detailed photos. Claims submitted without photos cannot be approved.
7. Special Circumstances
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you enter the wrong shipping address, contact us right away at team@portlandgear.com. We’ll do our best to update it before fulfillment, but we can’t guarantee changes once the order is processed.
After an order ships, we can’t modify the address or contact the carrier. You may reach out to the carrier directly, though changes aren’t guaranteed.
If the package is returned to us, we can resend it to the correct address at no cost. However, if it’s not returned, we’re unable to replace or refund the order.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
Returning Multiple Orders in One Box
If you are returning items from multiple orders in the same package, you must include a note inside the box with the following information:

International Returns & Exchanges
At this time, all international orders are considered final sale. As a small business, international shipping costs are extremely high, and there are frequent complications with customs when processing returns, exchanges, or warranty replacements. Because of this, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns on orders shipped outside of the United States.

Lived in Portland for two decades before being transferred to NYC Metro and this sign is the perfect addition to my little library to remind me of home.
Iconic sign of the PNW! Dimmest mode works great in my small TV room. Perfect size and really easy set-up. Base is a bit precarious and tipsy, would prefer it to snap into place. Nevertheless, a fantastic addition and upgrade to my home decor.

My husband and I bought the neon Portland sign as a Christmas gift for our oldest son who is a senior is high school. The White Stag Sign is my favorite landmark in Portland, so when I saw this, I just had to get it. I absolutely love it! It's bigger than I expected it to be, and it comes with a remote and multiple settings. This is a great addition for anyone who loves Portland.

It was a gift for my sister and her husband and they loved it.
I'm really enjoying this Portland sign. What's cool is that it gives the appearance of depth but it is very thin, light, and efficient. I didn't realize this when I bought it, but the light can be dimmed using a separate wire you attach which is controlled by a remote. Unfortunately the remote that came with the light malfunctioned but the Portland Gear team was quick to respond and help me get the issue sorted. Without the remote, the light defaults to 100% brightness which would have been way to bright to use in the house. With the remove, the light can be dimmed and looks great. It can also be set to blink in about a dozen different ways, however this isn't something I'll ever use. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase.

This White Stag sign is a perfect addition to my little basement bar. I grew up loving the sign and my dad had an old White Stag winter coat with the emblem as the zipper pull. It’s really a cool statement piece and everyone who comes over enjoys it.
I absolutely love it. I had no idea it came with a remote control, but it makes this so much better. The build is of, what seems to be, high quality acrylic, it's much bigger than it looks, and it can be set to *very* bright. My only critique is that the stand feels just a touch wobbly. I hope oys restocked so more people get the chance to buy one.
Haven't put it up yet. Thought we'd put on a window but it can only sit in the plastic stand that was include. Also lots of stickiness on the plastic and we still can get it off. That's causing the delay.

I bought this sign as a graduation gift last year for my son to use in his college dorm room. He loved it! Unfortunately, the sign began to flicker after several months.
